    Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for administrative support in the day to day projects and activities of the marketing department.

    to present possible cross-promotion, co-branding, and advertising opportunitiesCoordinate distribution of philanthropic requests including auction requests and charitable donationsAssist in the creation of content for both digital and print mediaAssist in managing the "Influencer Program", which includes; continuous outreach, managing and supplying a clear and legible calendar, and hosting them on-site:

    Local celebrities, athletes, bloggers, and influencersSupport in all marketing related projects, tasks, initiatives, and activities as neededMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or equivalent relevant experienceBachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional and effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both written and oralProficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, and email marketing tools (e.g., Iterable, Mailchimp, Sprout Social)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentMust be detail-oriented with particular strength in time management and organizationAppreciation for and understanding of the music, food, and wine industriesAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededMust be able to sit for extended periods; stand and walk regularlyMust be able to travel as neededAbout UsWine, food, and live entertainment collide at City Winery to create a dynamic and incredibly unique workplace.
