This position is included in a bargaining unit of Housing Works' New York City employees represented by a labor union known as the Retail Wholesale and Department Store Union ("RWDSU").

Accordingly, the RWDSU has the exclusive right to bargain over the terms and conditions of employment related to this position and this position may become covered by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement (a "CBA") between Housing Works and the RWDSU


Compensation Range:
$60K - 65K annually commensurate with experience


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee strategy and execution, supervising social media, content management, alpine scheduling, coordination with brands and influencers, UGC CTA's etc.
  • Partner marketing via a variety of retail activations to increase brand awareness and support.
  • Provide coordination with a digital presence to maximize value of events and instore activations.
  • Identify digital opportunities to drive foot traffic and sell through in the communities we serve.
  • Articulate brand talking points clearly in all digital formats to consumers.
  • Stay aware of competitor activities and emerging trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Work with the HWCC operations team to ensure maximum potential for all campaigns is achieved instore and that all staff have open communication and understanding of campaigns to maximize sales and customer experiences.
  • Produce sales reports that demonstrate the impact of digital marketing and loyalty program performance.
  • Update the website with offers, deals, and promotions in keeping with state guidelines
Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Specialized certificate/training preferred (in cannabis and/or related tech)
