THE ROLE


As a key member of the Growth team, this role will work cross-functionally across global marketing, events, and category department teams to support Sotheby's customer lifecycle goals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal partners for QA and approvals
  • Monitor, measure, record and optimize performance of campaigns

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Solid proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and data management is strongly preferred
  • Experience with design programs such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or art industries (agency or brand side) is preferred
