SPORTIME has 15 facility locations, most recently adding the iconic Port Washington Tennis Academy, now SPORTIME Port Washington, the largest indoor racket sports facility on Long Island.

SPORTIME currently offers 194 indoor and outdoor tennis courts and 70 pickleball courts, as well as rinks, turf, camps, gyms and more, at sites across Long Island, in NYC, in Westchester and in the NY Capital Region.

SPORTIME clubs are state-of-the-art, yet affordable, and feature the best tennis, sports and fitness facilities and programs, including the John McEnroe Tennis Academy and SPORTIME Volleyball Club). SPORTIME clubs serve individuals of every age and athletic ability, 365 days a year.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Executive Director of Marketing and to the individual sites' sales and marketing point persons
Create weekly content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Content posts 12+ per week
Assist with social media moderation
Assist with website maintenance and updates.
Website maintenance and branding and creation needs
Assist with web tool development including UI and UX experiences
Additional responsibilities as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of past work experience as a designer in marketing or similar role
2+ years of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Knowledge of social media platforms and design guidelines
Passion for staying current on social media trends and new social media engagement opportunities
Experience with a social media management platform like Sprout Social or equivalent
HootSuite, Falcon, etc.
Capacity to organize and manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Software Skills:

Strong graphic design software skills
Full Creative Cloud Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Google suite tools sheets, docs, slides, others
Excel and PowerPoint skills
Social media creator tools

Interpersonal Skills:

Friendly, outgoing and methodical
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Attention to detail
Team player
Familiarity with tennis, pickleball and sports a plus

COMPENSATION:
$ $27.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with occasional weekend hours, and additional weekday hours outside of the base schedule, as determined by the needs of the business and the position
