    Hourly Description PERSI Operational Performance Analyst Applications will be accepted through 4:59 PM MST on the posting end date.

    The Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI) is seeking a hard-working and committed Operational Performance Analyst with experience providing world-class customer service.

    This position is located in Boise, full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week, with full benefits.

    The Operational Performance Analyst is responsible for designing and completing Quality Assurance Reviews to determine the effectiveness, consistency, and accuracy of PERSI programs, offerings, and services.

    This involves developing and executing a Scope of Work and drafting an official written evaluation that details the findings of the Review, an analysis of the findings, and recommendations for enhancements.

    This position will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager This position is eligible for the PERSI benefits package, including:

    + Quality Assurance Reviews + + Study design: Define a Scope of Work that includes the purpose, objective, time frame, and resource requirements for the Review.


    • Information collection and analysis:

    Conduct interviews and observe staff involved in the day-to-day processing, review and track agency results from available reporting, and, if necessary, implement a survey, or review results from a completed survey.

    Analyze the data to identify issues and develop recommendations for alternatives or solutions.
