    Who We Are Sunrun is on a mission to make solar energy affordable for more people. We help people upgrade their home to solar energy without the big upfront costs.

    Sunrun is the dedicated residential solar company in the country and has a mission to bring clean, solar power service to the masses.

    The Sr. Business Process Analyst reports to the Lehi, UT office. May work from home office anywhere in the U.S.


    Salary offered:
    $84,763/year


    Responsibilities:
    + Prepare and present data to the executive leadership team. + Analyze data to tell the story. + Collaborate with key operating leaders to understand the driving operational issues in their businesses, and develop analysis, tools, reporting and insights to address these issues. + Deliver sustainable business improvements by conducting analysis on performance trends and driving strategic initiatives. + Develop and maintain frameworks for monitoring performance of new process improvements. + Partner with business leaders to tackle the highest priority strategic questions. + Develop and evangelize dashboards and reports to drive fluency in Sunrun KPIs across the company. + Monitor operational metrics and perform ad hoc analysis to identify business opportunities and risks and generate actionable insights. + Perform benchmarking analysis to industry and; best practice organizations. + Make cohesive, empirically-grounded recommendations and use data visualization to clearly communicate ideas. + Inform analytical approach by establishing a sound understanding of the underlying mechanics of Sunrun's business, from customer acquisition and installation, to financing and servicing. + Drive automation of routine data collection and develop reporting processes that aid Design Engineering performance management.


    Requirements:
    + Bachelor's in Information Science, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering + 3 y. exp. as an Operations Research Analyst and/or Data Analyst, using data analytics to drive business decision-making. + Must include 2 y. exp. with deploying ETL pipelines, using SQL Server, Oracle, BigQuery, Snowflake, SSIS modules, and using Python, R and App Script. OR - + Master's in Information Science, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering + 1 y. exp. as an Operations Research Analyst and/or Data Analyst using data analytics to drive business decision-making. + Must include 1 y. exp. with deploying ETL pipelines, using SQL Server, Oracle, BigQuery, Snowflake, SSIS modules, and using Python, R and App Script.

    Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
    $73,476.90 to $97,969.20 Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
