    We are hiring a terrific Account Manager/Business Developer for a terrific IT Staffing firm headquarted in Atlanta.

    They have 200 employees with 12 offices across the nation and the technology services and staffing business is the newest & fastest growing division within the company.

    This person will spend their time in front of clients meeting with them in person or over video to understand their organization, initiatives, teams, and hiring needs now and in the future.

    This account executives goal will be to develop relationships with managers, directors, and VP's of S&B and Enterprise companies who are specifically focused on the Business or Technology side of the company.

    This account executive will spend their time going on 10-15 customer meetings per week. Following up on previous meeting actions items from people they met 1-6 months ago. They will spend two days a week focused on cold calling, prospecting and setting new meetings for themselves.
    The account executives that join us now will be the one's who take over mature accounts with developed relationships. So it's an exciting time to get in with us.

    HARD SKILL REQUIREMENTS
    Must have only one of the following bullets not all:

    2 Years of SDR/BDR experience where 100% of their time was cold calling and setting meetings with prospects for Account Executives
    2 Years of Account Management Experience where 50% of their time was cold calling and prospecting breaking into accounts.

    Must be able to demonstrate accounts they broke into through prospecting strategies not just accounts that were handed to them.

    2 Years of Technology Sales Experience with a consulting company selling managed services to technology decision makers

    Lives or willing to relocate to somewhere that's less than 20 minutes away from our office – We need them to be able to participate in culture related events.


    PREFEERRED REQUIREMENTS:
    Prospecting using LinkedIn or similar tools
    Understanding of business development cadence (Call, VM, Email, Text)
    Strong Objection Handling
    Strong Relationship Development Aptitude
    Technology Industry Experience

    Someone who was a BDR for Account executives in the IT Staffing or Consulting Industry so they know the lingo and targeted decision makers.
