    Account Manager (w/m/d)

    bist du bei uns der innovative und vertrauenswürdige Lernstratege. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund*innen wie BMW, Porsche, HelloFresh, Deutsche Bahn oder dem Internationalen Roten Kreuz identifizierst du aktuelle als auch zukünftige Lernbedarfe und entwickelst passgenaue Trainingslösungen. Du pflegst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen, baust kontinuierlich dein Netzwerk aus und trägst dazu bei, die Welt jeden Tag ein bisschen schlauer zu machen.
    Deine Aufgaben

    Strategische Beratung, langfristige Betreuung und Entwicklung von Bestandskund*innen, je nach Berufserfahrung auch Key Accounts basierend auf unserem gesamten Produkt- und Serviceportfolio
    Aufbau einer strategischen Netzwerkpflege
    Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
    Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Erstellen von Angeboten, Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen inkl. Up- und Cross-Selling
    Eigenständiges, kreatives Entwickeln von individuellen, digitalen Content Lernlösungen gemeinsam mit deinen Kund*innen
    Dein Profil

    Fundierte, relevante Erfahrung mit Kundenbezug, idealerweise mit vertrieblichem Fokus im Bereich Learning Solutions und/oder Agenturwelt
    Begeisterung und Enthusiasmus für Digitalisierung, Lerntechnologien und E-Learning Content
    Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    Proaktiv netzwerken, aktiv zuhören sowie zielgerichtet & empathisch kommunizieren
    Einsatzbereitschaft, Durchhaltevermögen, Serviceorientierung und eine fokussierte Arbeitsweise
    Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10%)
