Account Manager for Inside Sales (m/f/d) Full-time | Permanent | Berlin What to expect from us Active sales of our products and services, including energy-saving solutions, to the housing industry both over the phone and in person with clients Building new customer relationships through proactive outreach to private customers, property managers, and developers Competent point of contact for our customers regarding energy cost billing and the BRUNATA product world Handling customer inquiries from the construction and real estate industry over the phone and in writing Creating quotes and orders in SAP in close coordination with the technical field sales team What you bring Completed commercial or technical education and initial experience in sales Experience in active telephone customer acquisition Experience in the real estate industry or energy sector is an advantage Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of customer contact Service and solution-oriented work style with a high level of initiative Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP or another CRM system What we offer At BRUNATA-METRON
