As our forward thinker in Romeville, you will...
- be responsible for building, conducting, and evaluating data analyses in coordination with the departments
- assist in implementing optimizations and solutions for pain points (modeling of action flows)
- be in charge of developing expertise for key users from the departments (analysis and business users)
- oversee the implementation of process mining solutions - software integration, analysis of event logs, creation of meaningful dashboards, and derivation of optimization approaches

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have...
- a completed education/studies and relevant professional experience in the field of IT/data analysis
- expert knowledge in working with process mining solutions (e.g. Celonis and PM)
- expert knowledge in building data pools and analyses (experience from other projects/OEMs, preferably in the purchasing environment)
- expert knowledge in defining and planning PM use cases
- good knowledge of standard software in the automotive industry (related to purchasing processes)
- ideally, knowledge of the BMW IT landscape
- fluent German and English skills
