    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Overview

    1. The position is responsible for creating invoices, managing cash flow and creating plant schedules.
    2. Hours: Typically 40 hours a week.

    Responsibilities could include but not limited to:

    1. Manages traffic flow in the office, incoming calls, ensures a tidy office environment, setups-up meetings.
    2. Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
    3. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to workstations.
    4. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operations (i.e. paper, toner, etc.).
    5. Filing, scheduling, travel needs, new hire help, various special project.

    Qualifications

    1. Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills.
    2. Plan, organize and implement routine and special projects assigned by supervisor.
    3. Be able to work and act in a professional manner and exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.
    4. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Attention to detail is a must.
    6. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is required.
    7. Have an understanding of the operation of all office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, fax machine, and calculator/adding machine.
    8. Must possess Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
    9. The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software programs to meet the needs of the position is essential.
    10. Must pass and maintain a client required random drug tests
    11. Have a background investigation
    12. Cleared to operate a company vehicle
    13. Have a professional appearance
    14. Must have a valid drivers license and clear driving record.
