Description
Day to day:
Transparently this position needs someone who is a self-starter and has initiative to learn on the go. Will be managing 3 different managers calendars with various travel schedules.
This position will support 3 Department Managers. Position will be responsible for following up on shopping carts approval and PO releases.
This person will also schedule and coordinate travel for the Department Managers. This position will sit at the Site Operations Center (SOC building).
Position provides a variety of advanced administrative support to the assigned department at Plant Spartanburg.
Performs and coordinates administrative tasks (word processing, document preparation/management and file maintenance as required) related to the daily activities for TX.
Work from home: 10-20% can work from home but this would be after onboarding phase. Hours: 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
Must have requirements: Someone who is structured and can follow protocols. Someone who is a fast learner of new systems. Must have good written and verbal communication. Self-starter is preferred. Must be able to prioritize topics. Should be able to do basic Excel functions. Need someone who can put PowerPoint presentations together. Must be assertive.
Nice to have: .SAP would be preferred, but if they don't have this it can be learned .German language skills would be a plus .
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate Degree a plus.
Qualifications:
B) Experience: 3+ years of related administrative procedures
C) Training: As applicable, per CLIENT'S training guidelines.
D) Licenses and/or Certifications: Valid driver's license may be required based on department.
