Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)


As a family-owned company with expertise in providing medical aids for children and adults, we are continuously growing and investing in the future.


Your responsibilities

  • Order acceptance, order processing, and document archiving
  • Preparation of all internal documents for the optimal provision of medical aids to our customers (cost estimates, delivery notes, billing preparation, etc.)
  • Order processing for hospital discharges and scheduled appointments
  • Point of contact for health insurance companies, hospitals, sales representatives, and customers
  • Liaison with our external sales team (sales representatives)
  • Checking inventory of health insurance companies through their web portals
  • Support for internal processes
  • Documentation of work steps and customer information

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or completed training in a medicaltechnical profession
  • Professional experience and knowledge of the healthcare system is an advantage
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Reliability, resilience, ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good manners, empathy, and enjoyment of communication with customers
  • Ability to plan and organize own tasks
