    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Marketing Coordinator for Paid Media will support the annual North America digital paid media plans for Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations and Costsaver. In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, Paid Media, this role is responsible for the executing and tracking of marketing assets for channels such as META, Search, Google Ads, YouTube, CTV, podcasts and more.

    This person works closely with the in-house Digital Paid Media Team (DPM), collaborates with the Digital Content Specialist and Design Team, develops detailed briefs and ensures consistent alignment with key stakeholders to deliver assets that are accurate, on time and achieve the business objectives. This role will also have responsibilities related to the sharing of assets and resources across the global teams.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate assets to support the execution of the annual North America paid media strategy for Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, and Costsaver.
    • Write and submit thorough and accurate project briefs to the Digital Content Specialist, designers, and video editors to ensure the production team has clear direction on objective and expected output.
    • Responsible for keeping projects moving forward so we deliver on or before the agreed-upon deadlines, following up with key stakeholders for feedback, input, or direction, and escalating to the Marketing Manager, Paid Media, or the Director of Marketing & Communications when needed.
    • Responsible for overall quality assurance on all projects, including proofing for content, grammar, and asset specifications, incorporating previous feedback and analysis, and ensuring assets align to best practice guidance for channel, funnel stage, and brand.
    • Provide feedback, including collecting, communicating, and implementing any stakeholder feedback, promptly to the production team members on any projects.
    • Communicate any timeline shifts to appropriate stakeholders.
    • Deliver assets to the DPM Team accurately, on time, and with clear instructions.
    • Responsible for uploading assets to the Affiliate Partner platform, Impact.
    • Review data and feedback as reported by the DPM Team to ensure continued optimization of assets.
    • Monitor, track, and implement testing tactics in collaboration with the DPM Team, ensuring assets created achieve the agreed-upon strategy.
    • Respond to inquiries from the DPM Team, Marketing Manager of Paid Media, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications related to digital paid media activations.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure daily priority lists and weekly project status reports are delivered on time and within scope. Keep projects moving under pressure and on tight deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats across inter-departments and keep all teams informed of activity and status updates. Communicate potential problems to relevant teams and provide recommended solutions.
    • Perform any administrative duties as assigned or needed.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 1-2 years of marketing experience, digital or advertising agency experience a plus

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to use project management tools like to manage workload, project briefs, item status, and feedback to relevant team members.
    • Ability to utilize web tools and in-house technical resources, adapt to new technology, learn new programs quickly, and use computers and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to store and manipulate account data.
    • Prior use of Salesforce or other CRM is a bonus.

    • Infrequent travel may be required
