    + **This is a New or Recent Graduate Opportunity - Analyst- Special Accounts Management**

    + **Technical proficiency in Accounting required**

    + **Education background in Accounting an asset**

    Delivers an exceptional customer experience for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts by applying expertise to reduce the Banks loss exposure and manage risks. Informs internal and external stakeholders on complex, high-risk credit risk transactions and mitigation strategies. Works with stakeholders to deepen relationships and grow the overall profitability of the portfolio.

    + Monitors the financial and risk performance of account portfolio; performs financial and risk analysis of customer and account information to provide insights and recommendations on how to improve quality, liquidity and Banks security position.

    + Documents decisions on credit transactions with rationale that can be understood and explained to customers.

    + Keeps abreast of economic and market developments within the portfolio to inform decision making and credit risk policies.

    + Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

    + Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders; includes legal and insolvency professionals and other consultants/advisors in the commercial business community.

    + Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.

    + Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues.

    + Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.

    + Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

    + Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.

    + Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. **Qualifications:**

    **Compensation and Benefits:**

    $61, $114,400.00

    **Pay Type:**

    Salaried

    The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.

    Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.

    BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
