    Description
    Anthropic is seeking a highly organized and self-starting Administrative Business Partner to support multiple senior leaders.

    In this pivotal role, you will own the scheduling and logistics for some of our function leaders, partnering closely with them on prioritization and providing real-time support to help ensure our teams have what they need to achieve their goals.

    As a key point of contact for internal and external partners, you will need to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities, by building strong relationships, collaborating across teams, and problem-solving.

    Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

    Managing expense claims and reimbursements for leaders, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping
    Assisting with ad-hoc projects and company-wide coordination, using your problem-solving skills and proactive mindset to drive positive outcomes
    Have 5-7+ years of related experience in Executive support or other administrative roles, and are energized by the idea of growing in those fields
    Have excellent time management skills and are able to manage multiple calendars, coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements
    Have a proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    Have a security mindset with a thorough understanding of data protection and privacy best practices

    Hybrid policy & US visa sponsorship: Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time.

    For this role specifically, we are expecting at least 2-3 days a week in our San Francisco office.

    We do sponsor visas However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate; operations roles are especially difficult to support.

    But if we make you an offer, we will make every effort to get you into the United States, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
