    Thrive LA is a leading outsourced sales and marketing firm based in Southern California. Because we have been able to bring outstanding results and significant revenue increases to our clients so far, we now have opportunities to continue market expansion for our clients both nationally and internationally.

    Thrive LA represents Amazon Business which is a platform catered towards SMB to mid-market business accounts. Because we are expanding substantially, we are looking for highly motivated entry-level professionals to fill our Sales Account Executive role in hopes of finding an individual we can cross-train into the next Market Director position. We specialize in acquiring our clients' new business accounts in the greater Los Angeles area. In addition, we are contracted to maintain existing business customer relationships on behalf of our clients.

    Responsibilities for Sales Account Executive:

    • Oversee our client's new business account acquisition and retention
    • Manage communication between clients and their target market
    • Drive sales cycle with one-on-one sales presentations to close
    • Territory management and organization
    • Account management and retention
    • Aid in the training and development of other team members (after meeting certain metrics)

    Requirements for the Sales Account Executive role:

    • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
    • 0-3 years experience in customer-facing role
    • Excellent social skills and social awareness
    • Ability to problem-solve, be organized, and be dependable
    • Ability to work well with a team
    • Leadership potential
    • Great work ethic and discipline
    • Outstanding attitude
