    Position Overview:

    The Sales Assistant will provide crucial support to our sales team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the sales team in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and inperson with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
    • Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information.
    • Monitor and track sales activity, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and facilitate the resolution of any issues.
    • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in sales support or customer service role is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
