- Responsible for designing and developing training programs by area, to ensure standardization knowledge of the bank's and area's policies and procedures.
- Responsible for coordinating and/or delivering all internal and external corporate trainings.
- Works with department managers to determine training needs and works with leader to explore options to implement training programs.
- Provides support to various departments with organizational webinars, sessions, trainings and other bank-wide initiatives.
- Assist the areas when specific training needs to skill or reskill the staff.
- Responsible for the recordkeeping of the Learning Management System (LMS), including providing monthly reporting of training records.
- Supports the department in the development and implementation of all HC projects, from initiation to execution.
- Delivers orientation programs for new hires as needed, introducing them to the company culture, policies, and essential job-related skills.
- Supports the department in various Bank and Human Capital initiatives, projects, and programs.
- Helps coordinating in-house training for employees with the subject matter expert (SME) as needed.
- Contributes to maintains the annual training program for employees to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned.
- Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.
- Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Banking or related field.
- Proficient and advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
- Knowledge of banking processes, operations and/or policies.
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible to change; comfortable with ambiguity when dealing with new tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, working with integrity and ethically, upholding the organizational values.
- Strong presentation skills to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently ensuring timely deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on time.
