    Job Description Job Description Salary:
    $70K/yearNuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience Team in a Remote location. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

    At Nuvia, we only hire top talent and are looking for someone with at least 2 years in sourcing candidates and screening resumes.

    We hire for a wide range of skill sets and you will be working on multiple job reqs at a time.

    Moderate knowledge of the medical or dental field would also be helpful for this position.
    Hours are full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but may need adjusting based on the region you are recruiting.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Search for resumes for potential candidates based on open positionsScreen resumes based on needs of the position and culture of the companyConduct initial phone interviews and set up interviews for hiring managersCoordinate efforts across multiple departments to ensure a smooth onboarding processUse resources available to build a pool of candidates to deploy when necessaryContribute to employment branding and communicating the vision and mission of Nuvia

    Job Requirements:

    The biggest challenge of this position is juggling multiple positions and deadlines at one time. The ability to stay organized, driven and set your own priorities is a must. The ability to read people and analyze data is crucial to this role as well.
