    How You'll Help Our Team Succeed:

    - Manage on-campus recruitment activities
    - Oversee Associate Recruiting processes
    - Track candidate progress through recruitment phases
    - Contribute to talent projects and initiatives

    What You'll Need to Be Successful:

    - 5+ years of university recruiting experience
    - Proven ability to take initiative and contribute effectively
    - Strong communication and business acumen
    - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Salary Information: Competitive base salary ranging from $73,200 to $97,300, with additional annual performance bonuses and benefits.
