About the team

This role is a 12-month temporary assignment and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.
Responsibilities

Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques).
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
Minimum 1 year of equivalent coordination experience in a high volume environment (preferred search firm or inhouse recruiting environment).
Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums
Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to details).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing and offering

Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $26- $35.
