    The Role:
    As a Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a crucial role in the talent team, responsible for implementing recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate experience at the boutique level. Your daily tasks involve screening potential candidates, collaborating with HR Business Partners & Hiring Managers, and proactively building a talent pipeline, showcasing full ownership of the recruitment process.

    What You'll Do:
    • Research:
      • Proactively build talent pipelines using ATS, social media, job boards, and field recruitment.
      • Understand and communicate labor market trends, regional compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
      • Identify & recommend innovative recruitment initiatives and best practices.
    • Partner:
      • Develop relationships with Hiring Managers, create interview matrices, and provide market feedback.
      • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to create effective recruitment strategies.
      • Participate in talent sharing meetings to highlight strong candidates.
    • Execute:
      • Partner with HR Business Partners, interview candidates, and promote diverse recruitment strategies.
    • Report:
      • Track and communicate interviews, placements, and retention. Maintain ATS data integrity and job reports.

    What You Need to Succeed:
    You are a skilled communicator, enthusiastic about luxury retail, with at least 3 years of retail recruitment experience. You must be able to manage multiple requisitions and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Proficiency in ATS, social media, and Microsoft tools is required, along with flexibility in working across time zones.

    Travel:
    This role is based in Northern California with occasional travel required for boutique visits.

    Expected Hourly Range:
    $32 - $35 per hour (negotiable based on skills and experience).
