**IT Systems Support Specialist

: Minnesota: Saint Paul, MN**
IT Systems Support Specialist*AET has a fantastic, high performing IT department looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist to join the team

In this position you will provide IT support to staff by responding to problems, performing hardware and software installations, and performing basic system administration tasks.

Excellent customer service is required as this position will work with users most of the time.

This includes the ability to support:
Computer and Mobile Hardware and Software
Install operating systems and setup computers for users. Install software, printers and other peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Support mobile devices including iOS and Android. Communicate with employees throughout the support process. Document problems into the Help Desk software. Escalate problems if necessary. Manage IT Asset life cycle.
Networking
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
System Administration
Create, modify, and delete user accounts. Check and set user permissions.
Other Responsibilities
Create and maintain IT related documentation and training. Attend regular meetings and provide feedback on current support trends. Assist with IT projects as needed.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or technical degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of Help Desk support or related experience. Training experience preferred.
