Description

The purpose of your role as an IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide company-wide virtual and in-person technical assistance regarding computer systems, software and peripherals throughout the organization.

This includes evaluating the users request, quickly determining the appropriate resolution/escalation, communicating the resolution/escalation to the user, and fully documenting the process from the inception through closure and subsequent follow-up as consistent with Harriss support service level standards.

What we're looking for in you

0-1+ years of help desk/technical support experience
0-1+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a business environment
0-1+ years of customer service experience
0-1+ years of proficient understanding of Office productivity software
0-1+ years of experience utilizing hardware and software diagnostic tools in a Microsoft Windows environment
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred in Information Technology

Compensation + Benefits
* $17.50

$25 per hour, based on skills and experience. Pay range varies based on location.

Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance
401K with a company match up to 4%
Paid vacation time, sick time, holidays, and paternal leave
Eligible for annual bonus (short term incentive plan)
Education reimbursement up to $5,250 per year
