- Supporting senior and executive management as well as the Board of Trustees
- Planning, facilitating, and documenting board and committee meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for agency staff and executives
- Engaging in project management and research tasks
- Significant involvement in Board of Trustee and Committee meetings
- Providing administrative and problem-solving support to senior management
- Creating and maintaining written documents for various projects and meetings
- Coordinating communication between different levels of the organization
- Minimum three years of administrative experience
- Experience handling high-level meetings and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle communication effectively
- Knowledge of open meeting laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities
- Completion of a relevant program at a community college or vocational institution
- Knowledge of pensions and investments
