- Work closely with the staff, technical team members, project managers, business users and IT staff to deliver customer management projects ranging in size from minor enhancements to complex projects.
- Create custom reports and dashboards as needed.
- Develop training materials and provide training and support to users.
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document components developed by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design.
- Serve as a knowledge resource for capabilities and best practices.
