- Lead all construction activities to achieve annual sales and construction settlements goals.
- Conduct thorough reviews of construction plans before commencement, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Facilitate weekly job meetings to align trade partners with project priorities and objectives.
- Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to approved plans and maintain our high-quality standards.
- Prepare homes for pre-settlement inspections and settlements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate schedules and issue purchase orders in a timely manner, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend all inspections, demonstrating professionalism and pride in our work.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure subcontractors meet contract specifications and deliver the expected level of quality.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of all pre-settlement items to streamline the settlement process.
- 5-10+ years of experience in residential construction, with managerial experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
