MECKLEY SERVICES IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICE MANAGER WHO HAS FUNDAMENTAL CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE WHICH INCLUDES ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, CARPENTRY, CONCRETE AND MASONRY.

This person must have the ability to geographically dispatch technicians daily, create daily schedules for technicians, problem solve, identify & order materials, and provide customers with detailed updates.

Prior experience estimating construction projects ranging $1,000 - $10,000. Our Service Managers make between

$80K-$100K.

We are currently offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus


Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with clients & internal management.

Lead 5 – 10 technicians daily & manage projects.

Plan, manage and implement schedules to meet daily commitments and ensure the plan is properly executed.

Develop & maintain relationships with clients.

Geographical dispatch.

Prepare budgets, cost estimates for projects ranging $1,000 - $10,000.

Conduct site visit and ensure quality control & safety.


Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license.

Read & understand construction documents.

Ability to work after-hours including weekends.

Honest, self-motivated, flexible, punctual & dependable.

Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check.


Experience:

5-Years General Construction including electrical, plumbing & carpentry.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Scheduling Software.
