Candidate Requirements
A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience in creating BRDs, Functional specification documents, quality assurance.
Knowledge and preferred experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Knowledge on Insurance (Guidewire) Can apply.
Accepting candidates, who have career gap
Competency in quality assurance tools and project management tools is a plus.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
