Requirements:


  • Experience as a Business Analyst of 1+ years in ad tech OR experience in technical support or account management in ad tech of 2+ years.
  • Knowledge of the AdTech/Programmatic/OpenRTB, including advertising platforms, supply platforms, and ad exchanges.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining tech/feature/product documentation.
  • Understanding of gathering the requirements to design detailed feature descriptions for tech team implementation.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics and ad tech.
  • Willingness to work on product development and improvements.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate and above, both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) is a must.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to gather and prioritize new features and enhancement requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements. Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing feature improvements/change requests.
  • Conduct indepth product research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies within the ad tech domain. Share the vision.
  • Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Participate in customized features upsell to customers based on their product needs.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
