Department Overview

PG&E's Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Services (CRESS) organization is responsible for governing, planning, acquiring, designing constructing, operating, and maintaining 7.7 million square feet (sq.

ft.) of facilities throughout PG&E's 72,000 square mile service territory.

These facilities include service centers, data centers, contact centers, office buildings, shops, warehouses, construction and equipment yards, vehicle maintenance garages, and meeting and training facilities.


CRESS will manage the Site Owner Program for the enterprise, supporting Enterprise Service Delivery's vision to execute a robust demand planning and production control process that optimizes safe delivery of resources, equipment, and materials for shovel ready work.

Position Summary
Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training.


PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting.

This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.

The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.


A reasonable salary range is:


Bay Area Minimum:
$128,000


Bay Area Maximum:
$218,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages major crossfunctional projects and initiatives
  • May provide direction and coaching to other Business Analysts.
  • Performs analysis on the most complex data models that have cross
- functional impact.

  • Solves unique and complex problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions. Presents findings and recommendations to senior leaders to gain agreement.
  • Works with senior management to support strategic planning and decision making.

Qualifications:


Minimum:


  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or jobrelated discipline or equivalent experience
  • 8 years jobrelated experience

Desired:


  • Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
