    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Account Executive who embodies a strategic mindset. We need someone adept at swiftly analyzing and comprehending an account, identifying key decision-makers, and implementing strategic approaches to cultivate relationships. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

    Core Responsibilities and Expectations for the Role:

    • Deliver against your territory quota by building a full sales pipeline.
    • Meet and exceed pre-set sales targets on assigned accounts.
    • Create expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
    • Be a leader in outbound activity efforts using cold-calling, email marketing, social channels, networking, in-person meetings, and conferences.
    • Quickly connect and follow up with inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
    • Partner with marketing, sales, and management to ensure a seamless sales and customer experience.
    • Treat your assigned firms as if they are part of your own business.
    • Deliver white-glove service to all assigned accounts (Timely reach-outs and responses, follow-ups during the process, after sale, and while the expert is being used).
    • Build on existing relationships while creating new ones at owned firms.
    • Keep accurate and timely data within HubSpot.
    • Communicate with management in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Leverage a range of sales support resources to ensure success.
    • Be intuitive and have a strong desire to learn the industry, including the ability to read and understand legal dockets, patents, and associated literature. It is very important to become a subject matter expert.

    Qualifications

    • B.A./B.S. degree required.
    • 2-4 years of experience as a direct quota-carrying B2B salesperson.
    • Legal experience in emerging technologies is a plus but not required.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
    • Polished business presence and acumen with a high level of emotional maturity.
    • Experience selling in a territory both remotely (over the phone & virtual) and in person.
    • Exceptional communication skills; with experience in cold-calling customers
    • Ability/willingness to work in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
    • Working knowledge of all office-based applications, HubSpot, and other top technology.
    • Some travel is required.
