    Description
    You will serve as a market and product expert focusing on three areas of engagement: clients, sales, and product.

    You have a deep understanding of client workflows and the full suite of Bloomberg Law solutions and the clients they serve.

    You are customer facing, collaborating closely with the sales and service teams and other teams across the company, to build and execute strategies that drive revenue and retention.


    What you will do:


    Assistqualifying and closing opportunities, primarily to help determine how a current customer or prospect's critical business requirements align withbusiness need.

    Serveas a solutions consultant, working with Sales leadership and other leaders across the organization to ensure value is demonstrated to address institutional challenges.

    Coordinateand participatein strategy and discovery calls; representatconferences; and provide industry and product knowledge support throughout the sales process as needed.

    Buildstrong relationships among internal stakeholders by providing insightful direction, options, and a plan for execution to improve productivity,competency,and revenue numbers.

    Coordinateeffortsto innovate, develop, and improvedemonstrationand presentation skills.
    Conductbusiness process reviewsand analysis of client business requirements. Gather and document business requirements, discuss with clients and present back their requirements.

    Work collectively with the solutions consulting team to map business and process requirements to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders, including GTM strategies.

    You need to have:

    5years of relevant experience in the Legal Service sector.
    5 years' experience working in a customer-facingrolepreferably in apre-saleor a consultant capacity.
    Ability to articulate value propositions and discuss key issues at multiple levels (C-level to end users).
    Experience in synthesizing and presenting complex client, competitive and industry feedback to internal/external senior stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
    Ability to convey complex ideas and solutions in a simple and concise way to audiences both large and small.
    Demonstrated track record of success in providing full sales-cycle support, including closing experience.
