Open Position:
We have an immediate opening for an Office Manager with HR, IT and Business Operations Support.


Key Responsibilities:


IT Support Management:

  • Oversee IT support functions, including managing IT vendors and ensuring the smooth operation of office technology.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, or escalate them to appropriate IT personnel.
  • Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software licenses.

Business Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in project management and coordination of business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key business processes.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in HRrelated compliance and reporting tasks.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement, ensuring that the office is wellstocked and functioning efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.

Financial Management:

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain financial spreadsheets, budgets, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Team Support:

  • Act as the point of contact for officerelated inquiries and support colleagues as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including setting up workspaces and providing necessary resources.

7 Communication and Correspondence:

  • Draft and edit documents, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or a similar Administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MicroSoft Office tools
  • Basic knowledge of IT support functions and the ability to troubleshoot common IT issues.
  • Understanding of business operations and process improvement principles.
  • HR knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
