You will provide technical leadership for a team of engineers to architect, develop, and support cloud native, resilient, high performance data processing systems and provide hands-on solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.

You are a self-motivated professional with leadership skills.

You will be continuously learning evolving technologies and new business requirements and articulate those new concepts and strategies to business managers and developers.

What you will do:
Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers to architect, design and implement complex and scalable systems with high availability, performance, security, and cost in mind.-
Solve difficult problems in a creative manner in a timely fashion.-
Act as the go-to expert in at least one technical area and have a very good working knowledge of the broader architecture of the entire system.-
Participate in cross-business technical reviews, provides feedback on projects outside of their core area.-
Strongly influence the decision on resolving/diagnosing/monitoring the overall system & platform.-
Identify key problems affecting their team and adopt innovative technical solutions to solve them.-
Partner with product and other teams to actualize a product strategy informed by technology

You need to have:

A track record of providing technical leadership for a team to build stability, performance, and scalability across major businesscritical systems.
Experience running and leading a large part of the project deliverable alone.
A clear understanding of the relationship between complexity and cost and a record of successfully devising and implementing longterm strategies to lower it.
Demonstrated experience of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture/design patterns, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Experience with C#, SQL, CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, and cloud technologies (AWS)
Strong knowledge and experience of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture/design patterns, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Spark is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
