    We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Cloud Marketplace Business Development Manager with a background in technology partnership development.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in cultivating strategic partnerships within the technology sector, particularly for and with both AWS Marketplace and Independent Software Vendors (ISV's).

    This is a unique opportunity to lead our partnership efforts, drive revenue growth, and shape the future of our business.

    The Zoom Channel CoE (Center of Expertise) team is a dynamic force driving the company's success.

    With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with partners and clients worldwide.

    Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.


    Responsibilities:
    In partnership with the Global AWS Partner Lead, developing and executing partnership strategy focused on driving revenue growth through our AWS alliance, with a particular emphasis on Marketplace


    Serving as a subject matter expert on AWS partner programs, partner operations, partner incentive programs and overall marketplace operations while providing guidance and support to our channel partners and our internal x-functional teams.

    Work closely with our sales operations, deal desk, and cloud account manager teams.

    AWS Marketplace and Amazon Partner Network Business Development.


    Evangelize the full suite of Zoom solutions within AWS Marketplace (sellers, industry verticals, overall GTM motion), mutual partners, and mutual customers.

    Work closely with AWS teams and mutual high-profile customers to continually build the better together Zoom-AWS narrative.

    Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within AWS Marketplace, including executive leadership, sales, and technical teams.


    Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

    Driving the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, including joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling opportunities, and revenue-sharing arrangements.

    Tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.


    Qualifications:


    Ten years of experience in bus dev, partnership management, or strategic alliances for a cloud marketplace provider and/or a scaled ISV.

    Understand contact center, customer experience (CX), and collaboration technologies, with the ability to articulate value propositions and technical capabilities.

    Managed relationships for or with cloud marketplaces , resulting in significant revenue growth and market expansion.

    Develop and execute complex partnership strategies in a dynamic environment.

    Manage business development activities by traveling to meet with partners, and attending industry events.

    Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

    Minimum:
    $144,900.00 Maximum:

    05/13/24 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

    Note:
    Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

    We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
