    SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

    Our sales division is seeking a forward-thinking, self-motivated individual to perform lead generation and set-up meetings for the Sales Department.
    This person will call provided leads and connect with stakeholders at potential client businesses.
    Using best practices and analytics, this individual will help brand our social accounts to appeal to a variety of audiences, including prospective and current customers.
    Demonstration of skills/past projects must be provided.

    Essential Functions:
    • Call and/or email provided leads
    • Set-up meetings with stakeholders
    • Create and maintain customer profiles
    • Answer basic questions from prospects about our products
    • Update and follow-up on prospects list
    • Administrative tasks to prepare for meetings

    QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TRAINING):

    Preferred Education:
    • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations or Interior Design strongly preferred
    Required Experience:
    • 2+ years of previous related experience
    Preferred Experience:
    • Ability to visually inspect products in multiple formats to assess and improve.
    • Previous experience with HubSpot software preferred. Knowledge of how to navigate the system and use it as a CRM/Lead-Tracking System.
    ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Deadline driven and able to multitask between competing priorities
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
    Work Environment:
    This position will be performed in an office environment.

    Physical Demands:
    There are little to no expected physical demands of this position.

    Travel Required:
    There is little to no travel expected for this position, beyond commuting to the office.
