    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive select sustaining activities through partnerships with Operations, Regulatory, Quality & other cross functional counterparts.
    • Support product development through ownership of various recurring quality related activities
    • Own global device & parts SKU management & drive SKU rationalization through collaboration with cross functional associates.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in product development or project management with demonstrated cross functional business acumen.
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent command of information/data and the ability to drive decisions.
    • Organized and proactive with demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.
    • FDA regulated environment and/or medical device experience preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Strong customer focus.
    • Highly-motivated, execution-focused leader with the ability to self-define role and activities necessary for successful product commercialization and integration into BD.
    • Strong and effective communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Advanced verbal, written and presentation/communications skills.

    Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates' progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility.

    There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. ​
