Experience
In my current role, I'm leading multiple engineering teams and accountable to build and maintain customer setup and onboarding software solutions which enable complex customer journeys approximately 500,000 times daily, globally, and across a range of devices, users, use cases, and market segments. These solutions are delivered on all expected client platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, as well as web portals.

This role includes all aspects of managing multiple engineering teams with budgeting, escalation management, strategy planning, process building, and leading a staff of project managers, Scrum leaders, system architects, and program managers across many time zones.
