Approximate rate: USD$ 60 per hour

Experience

  • Oversee the management and production of numerous technical and creative layout projects and marketing publications successfully, effectively and often simultaneously, in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Write, edit, prepare, finalize, direct and review technically accurate marketing and corporate collateral files including brochures, direct mail, newsletters, infographics, multi-page documents, department procedure manuals, formularies, forms, event materials, presentations, social media and websites
  •  Lead and mentor Production Design team and act as a liaison between departments to guarantee efficient and timely processing of all production work 
  • Collaborate across the department, with key cross functional partners and leadership to develop innovative, engaging solutions processes
  • Plan, scope, and scale resources, continually monitor and manage team capacity to meet the needs of incoming work; troubleshoot and assess requirements, recommend solutions/options, and anticipate obstacles to produce projects and/or physical deliverables on time and on budget
  • Research, write, proof and edit content for patient/client education publications for various industries including Dental, Chiropractic and Mortgage Lending
  • Engage with clients personally to properly assess their vision, style and objectives.
