    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive - SaaS at our Irvine, CA location. Two of the main differnetiators here at GetDandy - (1) We invented RDaaS and any local business needs this proprietary tech and (2) Our AEs do not need to do their own prospecting, leads are pvodided. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, understanding their needs, and presenting our customer experience automation platform as a solution to help them achieve their goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and meet individual and team targets.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or account management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex technology solutions
    • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets
    • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
    • Knowledge of local digital marketing and customer experience management is desirable
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
