    In this pivotal role, you'll be the mastermind behind our Accounts Receivable (AR) & Corporate Treasury operations, leading a team and ensuring the smooth flow of international cash flow. You'll wear many hats, from crafting strategic cash flow forecasts to overseeing international banking relationships and maintaining top-notch AR practices.

    Here's a glimpse into your daily adventures:

    • AR Architect: Lead the development and implementation of efficient AR policies and processes, ensuring timely collections and adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    • Compliance Champion: Maintain a robust system of internal controls for AR and Treasury operations, guaranteeing financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
    • Global Cash Flow Captain: Develop and implement strategic cash flow forecasts, ensuring we meet our financial goals and maintain optimal liquidity across international markets.
    • International Banking Guru: Forge strong relationships with our global banking partners, streamlining payments, collections, and foreign exchange transactions.
    • Team Leader Extraordinaire: Motivate a team of high performers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
    To be our ideal candidate, you'll possess:
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a large, multinational company.
    • Proven expertise in Treasury and A/R operations, with a solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
    • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for creative solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues across departments and international borders.
