- Primary responsibility for the updating and accuracy of Dana's inventory of real estate assets.
- Coordinate with Corporate Real Estate team on lease deadline tracking and execution.
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to provide data required for accurate lease accounting and financial disclosures.
- Assist the Financial Controller community with facility operating expense reconciliations.
- Primary liaison with portfolio landlords for requests regarding real estate leases.
- Process department requests for purchase orders and capital requests.
- Maintain ICM forecast for departmental capital projects.
- Primary coordination responsibility for Novi visitor process.
- Support Corporate Facilities team as required:
- Vendor management
- Shipping and Receiving
- Physical security
- Office supplies
- Events
- Existing knowledge of or aptitude for Dana business systems; ProLease, ICM, SAP and Ariba
- Corporate Real estate experience or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Natural ability to build strong working relationships with organizational leaders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to management directives.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, and creativity.
- Good judgment and use of common sense and tact are extremely important.
- Strong computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Excel skills are strongly preferred.
