Description
Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Leasing Administrator role with our client in the located in Wayne, PA.~The Invoicing Rebooking Team is responsible to perform rebooks on booked leases which may or may not change the underlying financial structure. The process managed in conjunction with our Business Units and Vendors in support of the products and services supplied to our customers.
The Admin II member is responsible for:
the restructuring of contracts via rebooking activities (members update contract parameters and submit for approval). They process funding/billing reconciliations and contract credits.
Serve as point of contact for sales support, flow analyst's and vendors/dealers for any account reconciliation needs that may arise that results in restructuring of the original contract.
Assist with creating and maintaining policies, procedures and training materialParticipate in the analysis of the clients intentions/needs in close cooperation with sales and translates clients' needs into a correct and timely solution
Actively communicate with BU's, Operations Team Members, the Partner Pass-through Team and other Shared Services to improve performance and optimize co-operation
Complete team projects as they are assigned
Process all equipment, service and usage rebook types:
Members update contract parameters and submit for approval to one up supervisor via the current operating system
Maintain receivables and cash receipts related to any account maintenance transactions
Identify and perform account reconciliations on an as needed basis and ensure they are executed timely and accurately
File documents in digital archive, make internal notes in OLM as needed
Receive and handle all inbound correspondence (mail, phone, fax,)
2-4 years' experience in leasing, customer service and account reconciliation
~ Proficiency in OLM, AS400 and Microsoft Office applications
~ Able to reconcile differences in AR, tax rates, due dates, contract set up/structure.
~ Ability to follow established/documented procedures and decision making skills based on specific variables.
~ Candidate must have strong analytical, organization, reconciliation and communication skills.
