    Job Description:
    Responsible for overseeing financial statements to include balance sheet, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily activity reporting, and payroll. Duties would include compiling financial reports and implementing polices and procedures for financial reporting.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring invoicing is entered and coded for payment to be processed.
    Monitor and oversee all postings for BEO's
    Monitor financial statements and update coding as necessary
    Submit all direct billing and collect on all past due accounts
    Process and submit bi-weekly payroll, ensuring all employee time sheets are accurate


    Job Requirements:
    Be self motivated and able to work independently
    Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
    Knowledge of CI/TY, Micros and Lightspeed a must
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft office to include excel and word
    Basic math skills to make accurate calculations
    Attention to detail
    College degree or equivalent job experience
    Minimum 2 years accounting knowledge
    Hotel experience preferred
