    This role will oversee a set of accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate financial information in accordance with US GAAP.

    This person will lead key financial reporting activities, including monthly close process, preparation of monthly consolidated balance sheets, income statements and other internal and external reporting schedules.

    This person will also lead the annual audits of our joint ventures, provide technical accounting guidance, and assist FP&A and the Division CFO with the review of the monthly results.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Monthly Close ProcessParticipate in month end close process for OIS while working closely with the other OIS Accounting ManagerResponsible for the following activities, but not limited to, during month end close: debt, cash, intercompany activities, investment in subs and allocationsAnalyze data or information by identifying any problems and/or issues and work with the corporate departments and/or operations to resolveEnsure timely and accurate reconciliations prepared monthlyFinancial Reporting / Technical AccountingPrepare monthly financial statement for OIS and joint ventures as well as any reporting packagesLead the audit of the joint venture financial statementsExplain financial results to stakeholders which includes but not limited to: Division CFO, Joint Ventures, Corporate Accounting and FP&A.

    Other ResponsibilitiesIndirect tax activities at the Division levelAssist in development of accounting policies and procedures and provide guidance to corporate department and operating companiesLiaison with Corporate Accounting on intercompany activity, new procedures and other special projectsComplete ad hoc tasks such as reporting, calculations and research or report information to corporate departments as neededWork closely with finance to achieve company reporting goalsManage 2 direct reportsJOB REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

    Education/Licensing/Certification:

    Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related disciplineCertified Public Accounting (CPA) certification required or CPA CandidateExperience (years and type):1-2 years of management experience4-5 years of public and private experience with exposure to complex accounting issues, technical research, and strong US GAAP knowledgeProven ability to effectively communicate accounting guidance, resolve issues, and partner with non-accounting colleagues to review and provide accounting guidanceAdvanced Excel and data manipulation skillsEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to drive projects to successful completionAbility to multi-task and meet designated deadlinesUS Radiology provides a competitive compensation program to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performance workforce.
