• Ran diagnostics, analyzed, and repaired Harris radio and antennas, maintaining responsibility and serviceability for over 200 radios and equipment
• Monitored incoming and outgoing signals, recorded transmitter readings, and briefed management to ensure communications were met at all levels 
• Created written reports on equipment problems to ensure repairs were made in a timely manner and proper quality assurance  was conducted prior to reissuing equipment to include on-the-spot maintenance and emergency repairs
