    Job Description

    Position Overview:
    The Sales Manager will play a key role in boosting sales within the U.S. market by leveraging our diverse product range and sustainable energy solutions. The main tasks include creating and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client connections, and supporting our mission to promote renewable energy.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects.
    • Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct research to spot trends, competitive landscapes, and growth areas.
    • Sales Strategy: Devise and execute effective sales strategies to reach targets, including setting goals and forecasting.
    • Team Leadership: Guide and empower a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance setting.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer satisfaction.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Keep track of sales performance, provide regular reports to management, and adjust strategies when needed.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years B2B sales experience in the Solar PV Industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in sales management, particularly in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
    • Thorough understanding of the U.S. solar market, including regulatory and market trends.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in CRM software, proposal and contract management software (DocuSign or similar), comprehensive enablement platforms (HubSpot and similar)
    • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite as well as comprehensive platforms like Salesforce, etc.
