    Manage commuter programs that increase the use of sustainable transportation options, improve employee productivity, help build a more cohesive community and employee engagement, improve overall air quality, mitigate traffic congestion and reduce overall work site parking requirements.

    Administer work site/community-based Transportation Demand Management (TDM) plans and guide the implementation of commuter options at work sites such as carpool, rideshare, public transit (including pre-tax transit benefits), compressed/flexible work schedules, bicycle programs, last-mile transit solutions, walking and other commuter options and incentives

    Support marketing, communication and outreach initiatives that enhance commuter awareness of sustainable, non-single-driver means of transportation

    Arrange processes to ensure frequent employee contact and follow-up meetings, and track overall program effectiveness and participation rates

    Strive to increase participation rates and program awareness among employees at their work sites

    Serve as commuter resource and subject matter expert for all internal and external program partners, agencies and stakeholders by: Conducting work site events, promotions and marketing activities that promote awareness of available commuter options and services

    Attending national, regional and local agency transportation/TDM planning and policy meetings and remaining informed of trends developments

    Providing regular, easily accessible and timely information to all program stakeholders oTracking and reporting on measurable results from program participation

    Developing relevant metrics that matter to measure program performance in enhancing the employees workday experience, participation rates, sustainability benefits, cost/benefits, etc.

    Searching for new and innovative ways to improve the commuter program

    Investigate new technologies and strategies in TDM

    Conduct work site assessments to guide the development and implementation of employee commuter programs

    Respond to commuter inquiries in the commuter connection inbox estimated at 10+ per JJLL day

    Shuttle services and parking management as two activities managed by JLL. Also add HR/ payroll reporting

    Support Amgen with contract management with vendors and partners Key Skills Required

    Strong combination of writing, communications, graphics, organizational/management and people skills

    Broad understanding of TDM principles and employee commuter options and incentives (5 + years of experience + track record of dealing with local authorities) Solid personal experience with daily shuttle bus commuting, managing employee parking and use of public transport and alternative transportation modes

    Track record of setting up and managing TDM related data & analytics & dashboard

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team; manage multiple assignments; interact effectively with employees at all levels

    Sound judgment when communicating with internal/external stakeholders and customers

    Creativity to produce effective and successful communication materials, internally and externally including social media and mobile apps Key Experience Desired

    Bachelor's Degree in, Public Administration, Transit or Urban Planning or related field

    5+ years of experience in urban planning, transportation, sustainability, transportation demand management or other relevant experience

    Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills and experience in handling multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner

    Familiarity with financial budgeting, cost/benefit analysis and business case development

    Ability to influence, motivate, and guide employees in the use of commuter options

    Proven track record meeting job performance metrics

    Ability to achieve objectives through teamwork

    Experience with Microsoft and Google suite of products
